Scott R. Anderson, Chairman | "Man who sits in chair!"

Scott retired as the President & CEO of North Memorial Health Care in 2005 after serving that organization for 41 years. Recognized as a leader in the health care services industry by business professionals and colleagues, Scott's legacy is strong. Throughout his career, he placed great importance on building and sustaining long-term relationships fostering a culture of collaboration and cooperation. Today, he continues that style at Mirabelle Management as a facilitator of business ventures and partnerships and serves on several corporate and foundation boards.  Scott graduated from the University of North Dakota and the University of Iowa Graduate Program in Health Care Administration.


Jennifer Anderson, President & CEO | "Born with a briefcase!"

Jennifer has thirty years of experience in the senior services industry in many capacities including development, operations, and training.  She started her career as a Nursing Assistant and knew at that moment, this was the career path of choice.   Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Health Care Administration degree.  After college, she developed, owned and operated memory care programs and has served as a consultant for various organizations.  Jennifer has an unwavering commitment to customer service, high expectations, and results. 


Jason Isaacson, Chief Operating Officer | "No BS"

Jason is a respected leader of a customer-focused team instilling a shared, enthusiastic commitment to customer service as a key driver of the organization’s vision and goals. Jason maintains a group focused environment while keeping his eye quality. A dedicated manufacturing operations manager with over fifteen years of experience in the fast paced, ever changing and reactive world of technology, Jason brings significant value to EduCare in the area of operations, training development, and production.  Jason is a graduate of Southwest State University with a business degree and Dunwoody Institute.  

Linda Isaacson, Chief Training Officer | "Just do it!" 

A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Linda has over thirty eight years of business experience and recently retired from 3M as a Manager of Training & Organizational Design. Linda’s dedication to training and operational efficiency initiated the creation and launch of EduCare.  Linda is committed to ensure that all employees have the tools to do their jobs in a manner that impacts the customer directly and brings the best outcomes possible. 

Dewey Isaacson, Chief Production Officer | "It's 5 o'clock somewhere"

Duane Isaacson has worked in the building services industry for nearly forty years in various capacities. The vast diversity of his experience partnered with his commitment to quality and excellence brings value to any organization seeking first-rate property management services. Dewey maintains professional and ethical standards while doing right by the customer. His propensity for details and perfection ensures the best end result and product and ultimately, customer satisfaction.   


Ethel Muchlinski, RN & OnTrack Facilitator | "Work hard, play harder"

Ethel is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has worked in many facets of healthcare including hospitals, home care and assisted living.  Ethel has a master’s degree in nursing education and has taught nursing students at all levels.  She is passionate about care and services for seniors and learning about each person, and in doing so, making each experience unique.  Ethel leads the clinical components of EduCare and is the facilitator of the OnTrack Nursing Assistant training program.


Gail Schulte, Training & Customer Service Manager | "Steady Eddy"

Gail has many years of experience serving others in healthcare as a direct caregiver and in a management capacity.  Gail also owned and operated her own appraisal business which provides a fond appreciation for the style and speed in which EduCare operates.  Gail is enthusiastic about helping others as evidenced by her calm and caring approach.  Gail is responsible for setting up new accounts, providing training and support, and answering your requests.  


Beth Berends, Bookkeeper | "Taxi Mom"

Beth has been focused on raising a family over the years but found herself with more free-time as the nest begins to empty a bit so she joined the team in the spring of 2019.  With a background in accounting services and her friendly connection to the company, Beth is in a perfect role at Mirabelle Management as the Bookkeeper.  Her attention to detail and perfectionist acumen are great attributes to serve clients with a customer service focus.
