History & Background
Founded in 2004, Mirabelle Management was built on a single core value: exceptional customer service. With more than 175 years of combined experience in healthcare, training, development, and technology, our leadership team provides first-class consulting services and has developed innovative solutions including EduCare, OnTrack, and Culinary4U.
Over the years, Mirabelle has partnered with respected senior care organizations such as Ecumen, Lifespark, Ebenezer, and ProcareHR. For sixteen years, Jennifer Anderson, Mirabelle’s President & CEO owned and operated of high-acuity memory care communities and consulted on the development of the residential memory care concept nationwide.
The idea for EduCare began, fittingly, over cocktails at sunset. While reflecting on the industry’s ongoing workforce challenges—high turnover, limited budgets, and increasing compliance demands—the Mirabelle team envisioned a better way to deliver consistent training, empower staff, and strengthen care quality. A few notes on a Mai Tai–stained napkin soon evolved into what became EduCare.
Today, EduCare supports more than 3,000 organizations across the country. Known for its approachable style and hands-on service, the team remains dedicated to providing quality programs—with a touch of fun along the way.
OnTrack has trained over 10,000 nursing assistants in Minnesota and continues to grow through multilingual delivery, international expansion, and the development of an OnTrack Trained Medication Aide program, all in partnership with LeadingAge.


EduCare was honored in 2016 as one of eleven organizations for the Twin Cities Business
Minnesota Family Business Award.
