Scott Anderson retired as the President & CEO of North Memorial Health Care in 2005 after serving that organization for 41 years. Recognized as a leader in the health care services industry by business professionals and colleagues, Scott's legacy is strong. Throughout his career, he placed great importance on building and sustaining long-term relationships fostering a culture of collaboration and cooperation. Today, he continues that style at Mirabelle Management as a facilitator of business ventures and partnerships and serves on several corporate and foundation boards. Scott graduated from the University of North Dakota and the University of Iowa Graduate Program in Health Care Administration.
Jennifer Anderson has over twenty five years of experience in the senior services industry in many capacities including, marketing, development, training, and operations. She began her career as a nursing assistant and quickly developed a deep care and compassion toward older adults, propelling her to seek a health care career. After college, she went on to develop, own, and operate several memory care programs and has for the past 15 years served as a consultant for various health care organizations. Jennifer has a reputation of high expectations with an unwavering commitment to seniors and customer service. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Health Care Administration degree.
Jason Isaacson is a respected leader of a customer-focused team instilling a shared, enthusiastic commitment to customer service as a key driver of the organization’s vision and goals. Jason maintains a group focused environment while keeping his eye quality. A dedicated manufacturing operations manager with over fifteen years of experience in the fast paced, ever changing and reactive world of technology, Jason brings significant value to Mirabelle Management in the area of operations, training development, and production. Jason is a graduate of Southwest State University with a business degree and Dunwoody Institute.
A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Linda Isaacson has over thirty eight years of business experience and recently retired from 3M as a Manager of Training & Organizational Design. Linda’s dedication to training and operational efficiency initiated the creation and launch of EduCare.© Linda is committed to ensure that all employees have the tools to do their jobs in a manner that impacts the customer directly and brings the best outcomes possible. She is currently the Director of Training & Development for Mirabelle Management where her focus is primarily with the EduCare and consulting divisions. Her greatest asset is her solid work ethic and “get it done” philosophy.
Jean Howell has a diverse background in nursing and professional services for more than thirty years in hospitals, home health care, and assisted living. Jean's commitment to quality, personal integrity, creative solutions, and service top her list of priorities in any role. She has been successful working in environments with unseasoned and culturally diverse teams and yet through training, coaching, and mentoring, still meeting the standard of excellence for which she espouses. Her greatest asset is her unwavering advocacy for customer service and the grace in which she achieves it.
Duane Isaacson has worked in the building services industry for nearly forty years in various capacities. The vast diversity of his experience partnered with his commitment to quality and excellence brings value to any organization seeking first-rate property management services. Dewey maintains professional and ethical standards while doing right by the customer. His propensity for details and perfection ensures the best end result and product and ultimately, customer satisfaction. When Dewey isn't leading the production activities, he can be found hunting, golfing, traveling, and working on a variety of household projects.
Jonathan Lips is Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for LeadingAge Minnesota, where he serves as a compliance consultant for EduCare. In his role at LeadingAge Minnesota, Jon provides information and assistance to association members on a range of regulatory issues and across all older adult services settings. He also works actively to create effective public policy relating to older adult services at the state and national levels. Jon grew up in Duluth, graduated from Georgetown University and earned his law degree from the University of Virginia Law School.
Having worked for several years in business and accounting offices, Sharon Lindner is in a perfect role at Mirabelle Management as the Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper. Her attention to detail and fastidious nature to get everything done perfectly while committed to the highest level of customer service. Sharon is an extremely hard worker with an attitude of anything is possible. When not working, you'll find Sharon in her garden, engagement in home improvement projects, or traveling the country to see family and friends.
